RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All items are made to order.  Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or design selections.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.  If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. 

Please include your order number and photos of the item when contacting us.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Orders may only be changed or canceled before production has started.  Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
